在少子化與高齡化的趨勢下,寵物之於現代人已有如家庭成員,重質不重量的寵物飼養觀念與相關服務因此蓬勃發展。以台灣狗寵物美容服務為例,其保守估計每月即有寵物犬超過2.3億的市場規模。然而,此在顯示該產業正處於新興之萌芽階段的同時,卻也暴露了優質之狗寵物美容師需求的迫切,與其相關證照設計的諸事待舉。故本研究擬訪談與狗寵物美容有關之公、私部門專家,進行半結構式的深度訪談,探索影響狗寵物美容服務之證照設計、形象塑造及品質提供的因素,以供給產、學界參考。再者,擬針對品牌識別及服務品質兩構念,進行探索性、驗證性及信、效度分析,並針對分析的結果發展管理意涵,提出研究限制與建議。

By the trend of fewer children and age wave, to modern people, the pet have been like a family. That raises the concept of quality breeding, further, results in vigorousness of relative services. Take Taiwan dog pet groom services for example, the conservative estimations of market size are 230 million for pet dog. These show the service industry just enter leading period, however, that also reveals the urgent need to quality employee and the inadequacy in the staff train. Based the semi-structured interviews of talented personnel, this study explores the factors influencing the image and service quality of dog pet grooming services. Furthermore, the research limitations and recommendations are offered. This study tries to process the exploratory, confirmation, validation analysis about brand identification and service quality. Based the results of empirical analyses, we address management implication, researches limitation, and future researches
